Ve bu şehrin her sokağını, herkes için daha güzel, daha yaşanır bir yer yapmak uğruna her türlü kötülüğe ve sıkıntıya meydan okuyan, sevinçte, kederde, aşkta ve yalnızlıkta her zaman birbirlerinin yanında olan bu yürekli polisler, “birliktelik ruhu” ve “mücadele azmiyle” minibüsleriyle bu metropolün sokaklarını arşınlamakta ve karşılarına çıkan her türlü kanunsuzlukla savaşarak suçluların korkulu rüyası olmaktadırlar. Ekip görevleri sırasında değişik ve çeşitli insan hikayeleriyle sürekli karşılaşmaktadır. Zaman zaman gülümseten, zaman zaman da iç burkan bu hikayelere, meslek yıllarının tecrübesi ve babalığıyla yaklaşan, ekibin diğer genç üyelerine de yol gösteren Emniyet amiri Rıza Baba olur.
